THQ has reported a record number of pre-orders for the company thanks to the upcoming Homefrontwhich releases on March 15. Gamasutra speculates that the spike in pre-orders is related to the currentOnLive deal in which a pre-order nets you a microconsole and Metro 2033.
So many pre-orders is definitely good news for developer, Kaos Studios whose New York employees fear relocation if the game doesn’t perform well. I’m most conscerned about what geographic location the most pre-orders are coming from — that’s where I want to live.
